When You Draw Western

One of the most honored rituals in the 48 Hour Film Project is the random assignment of genres.

Among those that are possible, the one genre that is feared by most teams, and in most cities — is that of “Musical or Western”

But in Las Vegas — this is the genre many of us would want to draw. This team did, and they took home the City Winner trophy for their efforts.

We invite you to enjoy The Kickstand Kid

Tomorrow (June 2nd), competitors in San Francisco will turn in the films they’ve made as part of this competition.

You can see what they create if you join us for the  Premiere Screenings at the Clay Theater on June 5th and later. The full schedule is posted on the San Francisco City Page.

Tickets are available online here.
